Reclaim classes and programming is specific for women! This is the methodology that got Reclaim started. Programming is designed to bring education to the whole midline (pelvic floor, abdomen, and glutes) while addressing issues that are common throughout a women's life. Following this programming women can see improvement in pelvic floor function, diastasis recti, and hip/glute strength. Safe for pregnant and postpartum clients. Reclaim programming is offered virtually and can be done at home or in the gym. Reclaim classes are coming soon to Fort Bliss through the MWR starting January 7 2025!
